Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a very organised individual who gives a shit about their career.

  • Check content plans and reverts
    • Make sure that you have all content by the 27th of each month 
  • Responding to customers on all platforms 
    • Responding to queries and complaints for all the platforms a brand utilises within one hour in the correct brand tone
    • Act as an online brand ambassador 
  • Drive engagement 
    • Use community management to drive engagement on all platforms utilised by the brand 
  • Posting 
    • Post/schedule all relevant content on their respective platforms at their required times
  • Executing campaigns & social strategy  
    • Executing campaigns and competitions through community management 
    • Input into team brainstorms/content planning sessions 
  • Collating data 
    • Collating any data needed by the team from the social pages

  • Research 
    • Researching trends in social media and keeping up to date with current events 
  • Reporting 
    • Assisting with reporting on all relevant brands focusing on consumer insights 
  • Office culture and events
    • Managing & organising office culture and events
