Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a very organised individual who gives a shit about their career.
- Check content plans and reverts
- Make sure that you have all content by the 27th of each month
- Responding to customers on all platforms
- Responding to queries and complaints for all the platforms a brand utilises within one hour in the correct brand tone
- Act as an online brand ambassador
- Drive engagement
- Use community management to drive engagement on all platforms utilised by the brand
- Post/schedule all relevant content on their respective platforms at their required times
- Executing campaigns & social strategy
- Executing campaigns and competitions through community management
- Input into team brainstorms/content planning sessions
- Collating data
- Collating any data needed by the team from the social pages
- Researching trends in social media and keeping up to date with current events
- Assisting with reporting on all relevant brands focusing on consumer insights
